Information you choose to send
The inquiry form requires your name, email address and project description. You can also provide company, phone, country, product, quantity, specifications, required date, an NDA request and attachments. The form records its source page, page title, language, submission time and campaign tags present in the page URL.
Calculators and downloadable briefs work in your browser. Their values are not automatically attached to an inquiry. To send a brief, select the downloaded file in the inquiry form.
How an inquiry is handled
After you press Send inquiry, this website validates and saves the submitted details and selected files. It then sends them to our inquiry management system, Smart Sync, for project review and follow-up. If that connection is temporarily unavailable, the website retains the submission and retries.
Attachments are stored outside the public website directory. Authorized administrators can access them; the form does not publish a public download link. Keep the receipt number if you need to identify your submission. Receipt of an inquiry does not create an NDA, manufacturing agreement or binding quotation.
Retention and requests
Inquiry records and attachments are retained for review, follow-up and recordkeeping. This form does not automatically expire accepted attachments. To request access, correction or removal, contact us through the WhatsApp link below and provide your inquiry reference. We may need to confirm that the request is yours.

WhatsApp and external quotation links open services with their own data practices. Please review them before sharing information. Hosting security and operational logs may also record technical connection information.
