How to use this tool
This tool evaluates one straight channel between two equally sized circular pads. It reserves clearance from each pad and between traces. Inputs use millimetres. Select actual copper pad dimensions from the footprint and the candidate trace/clearance pair from fabrication review.
Interpret the result
A zero result means the selected straight channel does not fit; it does not mean the package is impossible to route. Revisit pad guidance, via-in-pad, layer transitions or the fanout pattern. Validate solder mask, diagonal geometry and registration separately.
