How to use this tool
Select the most demanding channel requirement, expected thermal exposure and via architecture. The result identifies a family and the evidence needed to qualify a specific construction. It does not rank brands or silently substitute one laminate for another.
Interpret the result
A material family is only the beginning. Record the exact laminate and prepreg, resin content, copper profile, test methods, available thicknesses and approved alternatives. A low headline dissipation factor cannot establish the loss of an assembled channel.
